New ABA Testing standards for VNA Operator Up and Down

The Accrediting Bodies Association for Workplace Transport (ABA) have announced the release the Basic Operating Skills Test for Very Narrow Aisle Operator Up and Operator Down (F1 and F2)

Following discussions held within the ABA and an announcement made at the ABA webinar last week, the new standards have now been finalised and are available for use. A mandatory use of these standards will be required from 1st March 2022. All AITT registered instructors providing this course, will need to make sure these new standards are being used from this date.

Members of AITT are able to download the full set of new standards, from the members area of our website. This version will include the full testing standards and include the ABA question bank. Additionally, as a result of the new standards, we have updated our test papers which can also be downloaded from our members area. 

As a result of the new standards, AITT are progressing with an updated training standards publication to mirror these new testing standards. This will be released in the coming weeks and we will share with you when this is made available for purchase.
